I simply believe that in order to keep businesses environment relevant, clients happy and yourself in alignment, no matter if you are a CEO of a large company, a self-employed entrepreneur, thought leader, we must make CONSCIOUS choices and let our awareness expand towards ourselves, others and our projects.

However, the new digitalization transformation, artificial intelligence and robotics happen in accelerated speed creating new challenges for leaders as they seek to create new strategies for digital age (Leading Digital Age, McKinsey & Company, 2016).
